This hotel suits me perfectly with free parking, friendly staff, and a cozy bar area. I fondly remember when the staff guided me to my destination on my first stay. Definitely my choice for a city break!

Had a one-night layover and it was chill. The room was spacious, comfy, and the WiFi was solid. The staff were super friendly, making check-in a breeze. I didn't get to snooze much since I was up early, but everything was pretty good. Breakfast had some decent options, though I wish there was a bit more variety.

The grounds of the hotel were lovely, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, especially my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair. the access path was uneven, making it challenging for her. I appreciated the warm hospitality but felt that some areas of the hotel could use more attention.

The bathrooms haven't seen a refresh in years, giving off a somewhat unclean vibe. Noise from other events can be disruptive, especially when trying to settle down for the night. Dining can be a letdown—my dinner was a pre-packaged curry that left much to be desired, especially considering the pricing. On top of that, the water supply was inconsistent, shutting off at annoying hours.

We loved our stay! The free room upgrade made our anniversary special, and the cozy ambiance was perfect for a getaway.
